Redo XXL in Ketzin

Food and service are great. Unfortunately, the tables are much too small for the XXL portions and the restaurant is too narrow because of the many tables.

So ingenious and delicious too. You can eat there in a good mood and without major complications. Waiters all very friendly and helpful. The food always tastes flawless! I can only recommend!

Last Friday there were 7 on site ... The first thing I noticed was that it was super crowded and crowded ... zero hygiene rules were observed, no masks, no distance, sticky tables ... About the food you have to say it was better, unfortunately dishes that used to be a whole were torn apart and now you have to pay everything extra ... that the prices have generally become expensive, understandable under the current situation, but the drink prices are already really utopian .. The only bright spot of the friendly waiter, unfortunately without a mask ... For me there will be no further visits there, I was very disappointed.

Really good mood, the food was supernaturally delicious and very inexpensive overall. We went out more than enough! More than just a recommendation to eat there! Pre-ordering from the table was also very easy and the ambience was more than appropriate. ???

I had pre-ordered my food on the Internet and picked it up the next day at 5 p.m. sharp when the restaurant opened. What can I say it was delicious again. Of course, clearly my eyes saw more than we could eat. Or I'll get old. It's always worth trying. Despite the size, I'm always surprised by the very good quality. Now back to old age, not so long ago. I celebrated my birthday here without much fuss. At this point the restaurant was well attended. The waitresses had a lot to carry. Nevertheless, the table was not cleaned, so that's important to me. Two of my guests would not have received any food if I hadn't asked the waitress again. Even when the place is full and there is a lot to do. Friendliness is always decisive for a satisfied guest and a great rating. Everything is expandable.

Xxl schnitzel .. Sufficient for 3.5 people. Unfortunately this time it wasn't that tasty because it was quite dry. But it was very full and the other dishes on the table were delicious ?

Eating out is fun! Super friendly young waiter, we were recently at XXL Potsdam, the gentleman was also there. We were surprised that he is now working in Ketzin. Thank you for the nice evening and would like to come back soon.

Was there for the second time today. The nice service is a reason to come back again. The food is good, but unfortunately it's a shame if a lot ends up in the bin. But you can also order small portions.

The inn is okay. However, the waiting time for a simple dish seems forty minutes too long. Since the restaurant didn't appear over full either. The food itself is tasty and sufficient. We'll be back anyway.

Nice but a little overwhelmed service, probably due to a lack of staff. Inside tables were partly used as a shelf for dirty dishes. The quality of the food (ragout fin, schnitzel + french fries, crispy currywurst) was mixed, like the schnitzel. The 600gram crispy currywurst was in my opinion just a breaded meat sausage, not that great. Price / performance is fair, given the mass. But a little more class would be better.

Delicious. Long waiting time, but this was already announced to us as a greeting and thus everything was ok. Food was brilliant and great ice cream. I would not have expected that. Gladly again.

Food was okay, but the service was an absolute disaster. For the birthday - 19 people - everything was reserved and clarified beforehand, but nothing prepared when you arrived and you had to wait at least 20 minutes before you could sit down. Then there were long waiting times until you could order drinks or food. Waitress totally unfriendly and snippy and quite slow. In addition, our group was hardly taken seriously - you were there for three hours and during that time not even the plates were cleared until you had paid. - At the dessert (ice cream) there were even plastic leftovers an absolute no-go. All in all, worst service ever. You have never experienced anything like this - so never again in the Redo XXL Ketzin !!! (One star for the food - you can really forget the rest!)

Food was good in itself. Well, a schnitzel was really streaked with fat and therefore really not tasty. And I really wonder if you really have to wait half an hour before you can pay? Once someone was with us after the food was brought and that too late that nobody wanted to drink anything or something. So that was nothing. Too bad.

As always worth a visit! Friendly service and very tasty food. The only minus: no air conditioning and it was incredibly hot inside

Guest here for years, but only disappointed today. Ordered seats for 18 people should split us into two tables, drinks ordered half came wrong. Kaiserplatte actually really delicious, but this time the meat was fried too long or came from the microwave

It was mega great, waiters super friendly and polite and the food was delicious. Always my pleasure

It's okay and as an event catering you can have experienced it once. The liver, the fries are good and the pork medallions, everything else is just so and you can eat. Rar is here rather medium or for German standards okay and can go through as a German rar. Pity would have promised me more. Unfortunately, some things were messed up when ordering, but then also not calculated, but for the non-existent Räuberteller on the Bon ... that is definitely better. A service staff is definitely too little for the claim and the outdoor area, because the work can not be fun anymore.

Staff was a bit rude in the beginning but that mended throughout the evening. But then while paying the guy rudely asked for a tip while I pay with card. So I told him I will do that with some cash in a moment and then he stood there waiting and asked again “ok what about my tip” he wasn’t leaving our table until we gave him something. It was very rude and he made us feel very uncomfortable, enjoy the 5euros tip, we won’t back back there. P.s in Germany the staff is not depending on tip like other countries so. Food was fine btw just insane large portions (we shared one dish with 3 people) of which I wonder how much is thrown away each day :-(
